Rationale of the Course
. |
Whatever topic or skill trainers are presenting to their learners, the key to a successful outcome is the ability for the trainers to create an optimum learning climate based on the type of rapport they manage to build and maintain with the learners. Without this important and fundamental ingredient even the most technically knowledgeable trainers will fail to achieve their objectives. Research on how the brain learns has established that learners can comprehend, acquire and internalize material more effectively in a supportive, empowering, and challenging environment. The field of NLP lends itself very well to training and presenting as it is rich with practical techniques of building rapport, communicating effectively and developing effective goals and strategies. These techniques are an excellent addition to any trainer’s or presenter’s toolbox. |
