Course Objective |
The programme will help participants to understand the different approaches applied to analyse performance problems and to identify training needs that will then lead to the design of effective training strategies (programmes) that will bring about the desired change in employee behaviour and performance.

This programme is intended for Those responsible for the management of Human Resources (HR Managers, line Managers and Executives), in-house trainers and all those recently taking on a role in developing training and development strategies within the organisation.
