Ø      Restructuring and Employment Rights

Ø      The Industrial Tribunal & Unjust Dismissal at Law

Course Objective

To provide an oversight into the main aspects of Employment Legislation and Practice. Apart from understanding the local and EU legislation on certain aspects of employment law matters, participants will be exposed to Maltese, English and ECJ case law where relevant.
