The MSc HRM and Training provides students with a comprehensive grounding in the topics of human resources and training and has been designed to meet the needs of newly qualified graduates as well as experienced professionals looking to enhance their career prospects.
Students will acquire the latest academic and professional knowledge in the areas of employee development, workplace learning and human resources.
A key aim of this course is to develop the 'academically informed' practitioner-researcher and equips students with the necessary skills to undertake research work in this broad area.
