The FHRD Human Resource Network Programme aims to strengthen the networks

between the local Human Resource professionals including all those who lead,

manage and develop people.

At the Foundation, we believe that networking yields to shared knowledge / ideas and more learning which can enhance HR/organisational practices and systems. It also enhances business relationships and can thus strengthen the

HR Community on the Maltese islands. With this premise, this initiative is aimed to create a synergy between different HR professionals from diverse social sectors, by offering opportunities to visit, share and learn from different organisational set-ups.

The next visit will be organised by Rose Mary Zammit (HR Manager),  at HSBC Call Centre, Swatar who will host HR/ Training professionals and students.

A presentation will be given of approximately 30 minutes about the setup of the organisation and the ongoing activities. Focus will mainly be on the ">Best Place to Work" implementation, the work environment, the HR function and the impact on employees. This will be followed by a tour around the building which will take approximately 20 minutes.

All those who are interested to join this Network Programme are kindly requested to send an e-mail to Ms. Sandra Agius on sagius@fhrd.org confirming their attendance. Places are limited to the first 25 bookings and priority will be given to FHRD members.
