FHRD officially inaugurated its new premises on Friday 19th September 2014.

The Foundation of Human Resources Development was established in 1990, and has since worked at raising the profile of HR management in Malta. FHRD has sought to serve as a hub and point of reference for HR professionals, creating a network to help and promote good practice. The Inauguration event which was held in the new offices in Tigne’ Point, Sliema, was attended by  Mr Joseph Caruana , Permanent Secretary at the Ministry for Education and Employment, who was representing  the Hon. Evarist Bartolo Minister for Education and Employment, FHRD members and Board of Directors.

He also explained the need to create better links between education and employability. Mr Caruana also outlined the ways and means of how FHRD and the Ministry can create better synergies and work together.

FHRD President Ivan Refalo also addressed the attendees, providing them with the latest updates on the main FHRD activities.
