The course, which consisted of six modules, was facilitated by a number of professionals with diverse expertise, including human resources, entrepreneurship, gender issues, Neuro Linguistic Programming, social security and banking.
The course content covered topics in leadership, providing delegates also with practical tools for effective leadership; in discovering self; knowing more about the gender differences and similarities and how these impact the Maltese labour market and our economy; and awareness on bank loans.
The course also included a session on social security, facilitated by the director of the Social Security Department.
This course was sponsored by the Employment and Training Corporation. The attendance certificates were presented by Anna Borg from the ETC Equal Quality Unit.
